1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• A booking voucher or e-ticket will be issued upon successful confirmation.

• Guests are responsible for checking the booking details before the visit.

2. Medium Tiger Eligibility

The Medium Tiger interaction is available only to guests who meet both of the following requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Minimum height: 160 cm

Guests must satisfy both requirements to participate.

A guest who meets the height requirement but is under 18 years of age is not eligible for the Medium Tiger interaction.

3. Age & Height Verification

• Tiger Park may verify the guest's age and height before allowing participation.

• Guests may be required to provide identification showing their date of birth.

• Incorrect age or height information provided at the time of booking may result in refusal of participation.

• General admission to Tiger Park does not automatically provide eligibility for the Medium Tiger interaction.

4. Animal Interaction

• The Medium Tiger experience is conducted under the supervision and instructions of Tiger Park staff.

• The specific tiger available for interaction is not guaranteed.

• Animal interaction is subject to the tiger's behaviour, health, welfare, and suitability on the day.

• The park may modify, restrict, postpone, or suspend interaction whenever required for animal welfare or safety.

5. Safety Rules

Guests must:

• Follow all instructions from park staff.

• Remain in designated areas.

• Approach or touch the tiger only when instructed.

• Avoid sudden movements or loud noises.

• Not feed, tease, disturb, or independently interact with the tiger.

• Follow all photography and safety procedures.

6. Photography

• Photography is subject to the park's rules and staff instructions.

• Guests may be required to follow specific positions or procedures when taking photographs.

• Professional or commercial photography may require separate permission.

• Photography may be restricted or stopped when necessary for safety or animal welfare.

7. Health & Fitness

Guests should not participate if they are under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair judgement or coordination.

Guests should inform park staff of any condition that may affect their ability to safely participate.

Tiger Park reserves the right to refuse participation where staff consider the activity unsafe.

8. Children & Infants

• Children under 18 years are not permitted to participate in the Medium Tiger interaction.

• Infants are not permitted to participate in the Medium Tiger interaction.

• Parents or guardians remain responsible for children visiting Tiger Park.

• Alternative tiger experiences may be available for younger guests, subject to separate eligibility requirements.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for passports, mobile phones, cameras, wallets, valuables, and other personal belongings.

HolidayKart and Tiger Park are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Operational Changes

Tiger Park may change operating hours, tiger categories, interaction procedures, or visitor arrangements due to animal welfare, safety, weather, maintenance, veterinary requirements, or other operational circumstances.

11. Liability

HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for Tiger Park Pattaya.

HolidayKart is not responsible for changes in animal behaviour, temporary suspension of interaction, operational changes, weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Child & Infant Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before Visit

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date/time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the confirmed booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are 100% non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for a no-show.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in a missed interaction.

• No refund will be provided where a guest chooses not to participate after arriving at the park.

• Unused admission or services due to personal reasons are non-refundable.

4. Age & Height Ineligibility

Guests are responsible for confirming eligibility before booking.

The Medium Tiger experience requires:

• 18 years or older

• Minimum height of 160 cm

If a guest arrives at the park and does not meet either requirement, the Medium Tiger interaction will not be permitted.

Bookings refused because the guest does not meet the published age or height requirements are non-refundable.

5. Animal Welfare & Safety

Tiger Park may suspend or cancel an interaction due to:

• Animal behaviour

• Animal health or welfare

• Veterinary requirements

• Weather

• Guest or staff safety

• Operational circumstances

Where the operator cancels the interaction, HolidayKart will assist with the alternative or refund option offered by the operator.

6. Tiger Category Changes

A specific tiger is not guaranteed.

If Tiger Park changes the available tiger category due to animal welfare, safety, veterinary, or operational reasons, the applicable remedy will be determined according to the operator's policy.

7. Rescheduling

Requests to change the visit date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability and operator approval.

Requests within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

9. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the confirmed booking voucher or ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Special promotional or operator-specific conditions may override the standard HolidayKart cancellation policy.
